Not only could one of the reps excused themselves from that situation to help us cause their situation wasn’t going to be rectified today or in the near future. But they decided to continue their conversation about how they’ll contact Brandon from att to help ( they said this multiple times). This wasn’t my first bad experience there but it will definitely be my last!
